On Tuesday & Wednesday, Dick & Dave Hayes are performing, there will be a Elvis Show with Rocky Mills on Thursday while Friday is no different with Various Bands in the Bar & DJ Daithi in the Slip Inn. The weekend arrives with a Band in the Bar and a DJ in the Slip Inn on Saturday while on Sunday, there will be a family disco with DJ Brian & DJ Daithi in the Slip Inn! Tramore Surf & Sea Festival
September 21st - 29th 2013The Tramore Surf & Sea Festival, run by Oceanics Surf School, is spread across two weekends. The first weekend is a ladies surf weekend while the second weekend is a Family Fun weekend with Live Music, Face Painting, Surfing, and plenty more Surf & Sea related events! The festival promises to be an adventure packed weekend with surf lessons, pilates & indian head message workshop, kite surfing, eco walks, beach vollyball, a barbecue, and much more! 1848 Tricolour Celebration
March 9th 2014 (tbc)The 1848 Tricolour Celebration marks the conception and unveiling of the Irish Tricolour Flag by Thomas Francis Meagher in 1848 at 33 The Mall, Waterford City. The programme of events gives Irish people everywhere a platform to celebrate lasting peace on this island, captured beautifully in the colours of An Bhratach Naisinta our national flag.
St. Patrick's Day
March 17th 2014Join us in our local St. Patrick's Day celebrations. This family-focused event should not be missed! With a small parade in Tramore and a bigger parade in Waterford City - you will not be left short of entertainment on St. Patrick's Day! The Parade in Tramore starts at 1.30pm outside the Catholic Church Car Park, down Main Street, passing The Grand Hotel, down Gallweys Hill, and finishing outside The Majestic Hotel.
April Racing in Tramore
April 2014 (Dates tbc)This second race meeting of the year is in advance of the August Festival. The dates for April 2014 has yet to be confirmed. If on a visit to Tramore, make a trip to the races and enjoy the craic at the track!
Tramore Ska Fest
April 18th - 20th 2014The Ska Fest returns to Tramore in 2014 with a lineup so far including Neville Staples and The Toasters with a full line up expected to be announced closer to the date. The first international ska fest was held in Tramore from March 29th - 31st 2013. Line up included The Beat, The Little Beauties, 1-Stop Experience, The Bionic Rats and The Jackmans. Music was live in a number of venues throughout Tramore.

Dates for 2014 To Be ConfirmedThe August Festival promises to be the highlight of the summer season in Waterford when over Four days of sponsored races, fashion, and serious socialising make it a time when many Waterford emigrants make their annual pilgrimage home to enjoy the festival atmosphere that is around the town as over 25,000 are expected to attend the festival.
Bluegrass Festival, Dunmore East Co. Waterford
Dates for 2014 To Be ConfirmedIreland's biggest free Bluegrass Festival takes place throughout the village of Dunmore East with groups from the US and the UK as well as plenty of Irish performers. The bands will be playing over 50 gigs in 6 indoor and outdoor venues throughout the town. Some of the venues have plenty of other amenities so you can truly get in the mood for the event.

Dates for 2014 To Be ConfirmedThe Discover Tramore Family Fun Day is expected to make a return in July 2014, with dates to be confirmed closer to the time. The 2013 event took place on the Lower Promenade with Live Music, Klub Muzik & Phenomenon Hip Hop Troupe tramore! Stalls, Bouncy Castle & Face Painting - so much fun for the family from 1pm - 6pm! All Welcome for this FREE event!
sprOg Festival, Waterford
Dates for 2014 To Be ConfirmedThis is a festival for all the little sprogs, kids under the age of 8, so that the children can be the centre of attention before the Spraoi festival. There will be loads of entertainment specifically targeted for the over 5s and under 8s but you can be sure they will have something for everyone else as well. There are 2 shows a day, including workshops and exhibitions so you can pick and choose your favourite.
Spraoi Street Festival, Waterford
Dates for 2014 To Be ConfirmedThis festival is an annual riot of colour, energy and excitement with an atmosphere that is unique among Irish festivals. The new parade route will circle the Peoples Park via Water St., the Waterside, Catherine St., The Mall, Lombard St. and Park Road. The parade is conceived, designed and constructed in-house under the direction of Spraoi's Artistic Directors. Its a fabulous spectacle. Special effects, lighting, live music with original soundtracks, puppetry, sumptous costumes and elaborate floats all come together to create a unique experience. Attracting over 50,000 people along the route on a vast scale, a vivid, vibrant and unforgettable experience for performer and spectator alike.
